the exercises i am doing is "The Firm" workout dvd. it has 4, 10 minute workouts (cardio which is skipping, brazilian butt lift, arms and tummy) i use to do the full workout every day but i couldn’t handle it cause i would get really sore so instead, monday wednesday and friday i do the 10 minute cardio and tummy exercises, and tuesday and thursday i go for a 20 minute morning walk before breakfast and do brazilizn butt lift and arms just before lunch.

my daily food intake is practically the same everyday,

BREAKFAST: (around 9-9:30am – i don’t have a job atm so i don’t get up too early lol)
1 serve of uncle toby’s oats with 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 tsp honey and banana
or omelet (2 egg whites 1 yolk) with spinnich, tomato, spring onion, mushroom (sometimes for lunch) but i usually only have an omelet once or twice a week

LUNCH: (12-12:30pm)
canned chicken or tuna wrap (or wholegrain bread) with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, pickles, sliced olives, carrot, and jalapenos with a tbsp of low fat mayo.
1 apple.

SNACK: (3-3:30pm)
small tub of yogurt
or piece of fruit
or weight watchers bar
or hand full of unsalted nuts.

DINNER: (5:30-6:30pm)
lean chicken, lamb or beef with veggies
(broccoli, cauliflower, peas, green beans, sometimes baked potato)
or i would have low fat pasta with canned tomatoes and a bit of pasta sauce with herbs, mince and olives
or i would make a stir-fry with low fat asian noodles, lamb, cashews, veggies and oyster sauce.

i’m not too sure how many calories i eat a day, but what i eat fills me up. can anyone tell me what i’m doing wrong and point me in the right direction to losing weight.. i really wanna lose around 8 kilos (17lbs) before next year.. :|

i’m a bit confused, some say to slow down exercise.. others say to do more :S lol, i’m a bit unfit, so too much would literally kill me :| i can barely handle skipping for 10 minutes haha. and what are some tips to cutting out carbs in my diet? what meals should i replace? thankss guys you were all pretty helpful :)
