How to make a vanilla maple tea misto

A short how to video of making a really simple tea misto! This particular one is not a Starbucks beverage, but obviously the same steps can be done using different tea bags… just watch out with some herbal teas because milk and fruit together don’t mix well… milk might curdle!! Did I completely screw up my coffee?

I’ve never made coffee before, only had cappuccinos at Starbucks. I found my parents’ old coffee grinder and some French Roast and tried to make it. I ground the coffee and randomly decided to mix it in the blender. So it tastes okay, but is coffee supposed to have tiny little chunks of beans in it? (
by the way, don’t think I’m stupid for asking that last thing, because I’m only 12 and pre-made cappuccinos don’t have little chunks in them.

What trauma have you experienceed today?

I was walking northbound this morning at about 10 a.m. when suddenly I noticed a white, fuzzy something clinging to my black, 100% stressed cotton t-shirt sleeve. I’m like OMG and I frantically, yet discreetly tried slapping it off.

With calm panic I lunged into the intersection to head eastbound and in my delirium I tripped over the curb and flew into the window of Hooter’s, smashing my already elongated forehead gently against the pane. I blindly navigated my way for nearly a block, sweating profusely of mild scented soap.

Finally I pushed my way into the nearest Starbucks, screaming “eeew get it off me…eeew get it off me” ! Lucille the gay-friendly and very agile bean grinder did a fly kick over the counter and tackled me gracefully to the floor, smashing my arm carefully against the hard cement. The off-white clinger fell limply to the side.

I was ever-so-slightly shaken and numb, yet gulped three triple-tall espressos to calm my senses.

What trauma have you experienced today?

Best coffee (beans) and creamer?

I’m gonna get my mom a coffee bean grinder for Christmas, and I was also gonna get her really nice coffee as well. I was thinking about buying some from Starbucks, but I don’t know where to get really good coffee.

Also, what’s a nice creamer?

Does Starbucks provide in store grinding service?

For example, at Gloria Jeans, they will grind whole bean coffee for you if you do not have your own grinder. Does Starbucks provide a similar service?
I’ve tried to call my local sbux twice now but they always immediately put me on hold and don’t come back. Was just wondering if anyone knew.

HOW TO OPEN A COFFEE SHOP?

thinking about opening a coffee shop. is there any tips from coffee shop owners out there?
i have a few ideas of what i want to do, like new drinks, design, policies, ect.
things i’m still not sure on like the brands of coffee to look for, the pros and cons of roasting your own coffee,
i love sumatra, and kona, but wasnt sure who roasted the beans.
approximately how much is all the equipment necessary to open/ minimal space you need to operate.
its going to be in a small town in southern california, where the only real competition would be starbucks. pfft. they claim to sell gourmet coffee. lol.
also what brands of espresso machines, blenders, ice makers, ect. fo you trust and that are reliable?
all these aspects i am unfamiliar with and would love some of your guys’ input
thanks
